The design of the Ghost lamp is a modern interpretation of antique portable oil lamps. The slim metal rod structure surrounds the lampshade made out of glass protectively and the overarching bail is acting as a handle for carrying the lamp around. Made of handcrafted translucent opal glass, the lampshade looks like a white cloth thrown over the light source and resembling the appearance of a ghost, ultimately giving the design its name.
The subtle vertical groove pattern on the surface of the glass fades out gradually upwards, emphasizing the lamp’s refined sculptural character.

Colors & Materials:
The lampshade is made of white opal glass, the steel frame is powder-coated in black and comes with a black textile cable.
