We are proud to have guided the industrial design and creative identity of the note+ pen for LAMY. The goal was to develop a digital pen that clearly embodies the essence of a pen, blending the iconic ergonomic language of LAMY’s Safari with the precision of modern technology for Apple iPads. As designers, we understand the value of drawing in capturing ideas. The note+ reflects the natural motion of the hand, whether writing or sketching, bridging analogue and digital worlds, with a focus on making the writing experience intuitive, especially in educational settings. The design process involved carefully balancing functional details, textures, and colours to align with LAMY’s well-known Safari heritage.
